I got buccal fat removal a year ago but my face didn't change because there was no fat in my face. I think my zygomatic bones are the problem. They are wide but not projected, so my cheeks can't be hollow. So I went to more experienced surgeon and he said that he can do fat graft to zygos so it can make hollow cheeks look. All I want a sunken cheeks like a model and I will do everything I can to achieve this. He said that fat graft is like fillers but permanent but I am not sure about it. Can it make cheekbones more prominent and create hollow cheeks? Please note that I am a bruxism victim.
