I had a double mastectomy and TRAM FLAP in 2005. I have a very large, relatively hard, bulge in the area which arose about 4 years ago when I started "core training" for my abs. I am now 30 pounds overweight but the bulge was there even 20 pounds ago. The TRAM FLAP was an extrememly intricate procedure and am just not certain if I can "touch" it again. Would appreciate advise as to how to flatten it out, if possible, and as to whether I can do a procedure in the area such as Coolsculpting. Thanks. Von
