Kybella injections for upper arm fat

Kybella is like a liquid surgery when it comes to dissolving fat, but it can also cause damage if it is injected in too deep or too superficial. Since you are saying you are in a great shape, get evaluated by an expert cosmetic surgeon/physician to assess the density and location of the fat before considering any treatments.
If you are trying to treat fat more of a cellulite type, consider PDO threads, PRP, Sculptra, Radio Frequency or Z wave procedures.

Thank you for your question. Kybella can be used to treat other areas although this is considered off-label use. We use Kybella to treat other small fat deposit areas such as bra/back fat and love handles. I would recommend Kybella but another great option is fat freezing. 

Kybella is only indicated and approved by the FDA for treatment of fat under the chin. If Kybella is done for fat in the upper arm it would be an off label indication. I personally would suggest liposculpturing and if you absolutely do not want lipo then mesotherapy is an option, of course depending on how much fat you have.
