Is there any Hairfin's (Finasteride) Alternative?

I am 20 years old. I have hair fall problem. My doctor prescribed me Hairfin (finasteride 1mg). I am hesitating to take this medicine because of its side effects. I want to take this alternative. As my hairfall is not much worse now.

There are other options but generally Finasteride has been proven to be the most effective in preventing hair loss. If you are really concerned talk to your doctor about alternatives. However, it's worth noting that the large majority of people (over 90%) that take Finasteride don't report any negative side effects.
