Is there any Hairfin's (Finasteride) Alternative?

I am 20 years old. I have hair fall problem. My doctor prescribed me Hairfin (finasteride 1mg). I am hesitating to take this medicine because of its side effects. I want to take this alternative. As my hairfall is not much worse now.

Psoriasis is an inflammatory scalp condition. It is not mediated to any significant degree by DHT. Neither using or not using finasteride should affect a person's psoriasis.

Reducing the dose to 1 mgs three times a week will still be effective, but slightly less that the same dose daily

20-30 is fairly low, but the 'normal' number can vary greatly depending on your hair length and hair density. In general you don't need to worry about how many are falling unless you can see/feel a difference with your scalp.

Maybe try applying it at might before bed and then washing hair in morning. Leaving it on overnight before washing might chance your hairs response.
