Can electrolysis help improve my low hairline? (Photo)

I have a very low hairline which I have always been self conscience about. I am considering electrolysis but want to know if its even strong enough to get rid of hair along the hairline. What would be my best options?

Fda doesnt advice metformin in hair loss treatments, we can not use that treatment with the knowledge we have so far.

Propecia works at the level of the hair follicle and on the prostate.The major reported side effect is loss of libido or sexual dysfunction.Propecia does not cause wrinkles.

Taking 1 mg finasteride a day is very effective and its side effects are not permanent. Its approved by fda for treatment of hair problems.
