Is this normal? Post nano fractional RF face treatment (Photo)

I got a Venus nano fractional rf treatment on my face 3 days ago. Are my results/redness normal and will it get better? I got it done with the rep that came to my school to demonstrate the machines so I doubt she can provide me with medication
