Is it normal to feel cold liquid going down my esophagus after you've had breast augmentation?

I had breast augmentation surgery 2 weeks ago. Everything went well and I'm extremely pleased! The only weird thing I've noticed is that when I drink cold liquids, I can actually feel the chill going down my throat and between my breasts until it reaches the stomach. Is this normal? And, if so, I'd love to get an explanation. Thanks!
