How to excise the permanent filler polyacrylamide from nasolabial folds? (Photo)

I had the permanent filler polyacrylamide (Interfall) injected in the nasolabial folds. A year ago, I experienced some tingling on the left side of upper lip. 6 weeks ago, an American plastic surgeon insisted that expressing would be a solution. It did decompress the nerve but did not remove all the material. What is the best way to remove the remaining material?
