I had the permanent filler polyacrylamide (Interfall) injected in the nasolabial folds. A year ago, I experienced some tingling on the left side of upper lip. 6 weeks ago, an American plastic surgeon insisted that expressing would be a solution. It did decompress the nerve but did not remove all the material. What is the best way to remove the remaining material?

I suppose it is possible, but I would not expect it. The fillers are injected into the skin. Temperature changes after a few days should not affect it I would not think.
