My face is a mess. What should I do?

I have huge pores, sagging skin, brown spots everywhere. I don't even know where to begin and my confidence is at an all-time low. I'm not even 30. My tear duct areas are all sunken, my face is drawn and I have just lost all my looks and vitality. Please help! What should I do?
