Hi, my facial skin suddenly started sagging a while after my birthday. It was so sudden that pictures 1 month before look like they were taken years ago, now I have noticeable smile lines and my face becomes round and looks much older when I smile. I have considered fillers for the smile lines but my face is still losing elasticity at a fast rate. Is there's a procedure that can reverse this?
Answer: Face sagging and losing elasticity at 25. Is there's a procedure that can reverse this? (photos) Yes: Thermage will fairly predictably yield some tightening without surgery. We have done several thousand patients over the past 15 years with predicted results. Douglas Hamilton, M.D. S. Cal.

Answer: Multiple treatments can be done like chemical peels, laser treatments, and collagen building fillers Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: How to treat early signs of skin laxity: Know your options Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your images and your concerns, I might recommend RF microneedling to treat both your acne scarring and your early skin laxity. However, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can perform a comprehensive examination and recommend a customized treatment plan based on your precise needs and goals.
