Would a revision eyelid surgery help correct uneven eyelids? (photos)

Thanks for the photos. I think there are 2 issues here; firstly, there is no defined crease on the left (1st pic) upper eyelid. Secondly, there is a small amount of skin excess on the left upper eyelid.
Revision surgery will be required to address both of these.

I believe your eyelid asymmetry can be addressed with removal of excess skin and it’s important to understand that sometimes a revision or refinement surgery is necessary to improve the outcome of initial surgery and to achieve optimum result.
