Would a revision eyelid surgery help correct uneven eyelids? (photos)

Thanks for the photos. I think there are 2 issues here; firstly, there is no defined crease on the left (1st pic) upper eyelid. Secondly, there is a small amount of skin excess on the left upper eyelid.
Revision surgery will be required to address both of these.

Correction of asian eyelids is more compex than cocasian; it is not possible every time to achieve perfectly symmetric result. Creation of symmetric supratarsal fold is one of the goals as well. Revision surgery 1 year or longer after original surgery should be done with your first surgeon or a new one. In person consultation is much better than photos. Hope this helps.

There is certainly improvement in your eye symmetry since the surgery. A small revision skin removal is likely to do the trick and would mostly be more affordable with your original surgeon. Good luck!

You have lid retraction after your surgery. A revision operation will be needed to correct this. You need to see a fellowship trained ASOPRS affiliated Oculoplastic surgeon.An in person exam and consultation will ultimately be required, but a virtual consultation could be a good place to start. You need someone who is experienced in revision upper lid surgery. This kind of lid retraction can cause corneal exposure so this is something that needs to be evaluated and treated sooner r other than later. Best of luck.

Based on your photographs it appears that your surgery failed to reestablish or establish your super tarsal fold the upper eyelid fold that you clearly see on your opposite eye.

Revisional surgery not only includes removal of excess skin but also a procedure called supra tarsal fixation to establish an upper eyelid fold symmetrical with the one on the opposite side.

My suspicion is that your surgeon may not be aware or skilled in the super's tarsal fixation suture and I would suggest that you seek consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon specifically and oculoplastic surgeon.
