For get rid of this image and gain more upward, slanted look I recommend you endoscopic brow lift and cat eye procedure. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. This is your natural eye shape and is seen in certain Mediterranean populations and a normal look. That said, I think you could have some change in your eyelid to the shape of your eyelids with a lateral tarsorrhaphy procedure. Be sure to see a Board Certified PS or a Ocoluplastic Ophthalmologist for consultation for the best advice and results.
