That said, I think you could have some change in your eyelid to the shape of your eyelids with a lateral tarsorrhaphy procedure. It is impossible to predict how would decommpression of orbit and retraction of the globe affect final eyelid position, unfortunately. One would expect overall better result but it is impossible to say whether additional correction would be needed. Hope this helps.
