I wish my eyes were longer. Can medial canthoplasty lengthen or lower the lacrimal lake? Can it be done under local anesthesia?

I did not recommend having that procedure for Aesthetic purposes.Your eyes appeared normal and I don’t see a good indication for having surgery.Sorry if my response comes across as being a bit blunt or forward.Best on your description and question my best guess is you will not be happy with a surgical solution.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
