Hi, I'm a 27 y.o. female of mixed asian and European descent. I plan on having a blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty in the near future but I am seeking further advice on how to feminise/beautify my face! Please advise me; I feel very masculine and unattractive. (N.B I do NOT wish to add any more volume/bulk to my lower face as I feel I am too bottom-heavy already)

Your photograph is very limited. I do not see the need for a blepharoplasty. A rhinoplasty may be needed but more photographs are needed to give a more accurate answer. You may want to consider a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

A full set of facial and eyelid surgery pictures from all angles are required to make a determination about being a candidate for both procedures. From this one very limited photograph, doesn't appear you need anything at all.

Hi, Forehead reduction surgery may be an option but the scar is permanent. If you are bothered by the scar, there is a option to camouflage it with hair transplantation after the forehead reduction. You have a very nice positive canthal tilt. We also need your profile photo to evaluate your forehead. If you have a pronounced glabella, fat injection may be recommended.

I see no indication of her having eyelid, surgery or rhinoplasty surgery in your case.
I recommend extreme caution when it comes to permanent irreversible surgical intervention unless there’s a clear indication.
