I have seen and had amazing results with epicanthoplasty. However, it is unpredictable. When it goes bad, it is impossible to reverse and very difficult to improve. Repairing that can be helpful to reframing the upper eyelid fold and improving the almond shape of the eyes. There is simply no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.
