Can an eyelid position fluctuate from up to down to back up again?

I had ptosis surgery January 10. At my two week appt everything looked great, lids almost dead on. And my 1 month appt the eyelid dropped. Is there a chance it will go back up? Dr says there is still some swelling but seems hard to think that it was once right on and now dropped that it would go back?

It is too early to tell about your final result. You are very swollen and bruised 2 weeks after a lower lid liftDid you have a mid-face lift by any chance? .Or did the condition on your cheeks affect your healing?

Scars take up to a year to heal. They will go through an inflammatory phase which will eventually resolve.  You should discuss those bumps with your treating surgeon and follow his recommendation as to massage or other followup care.

It does not appear that your eyebrows are drooping, as they appear to be in a youthful position. Asymmetry is the norm, and you seem to just have mildly differently placed eyebrows. Botox may help even out the asymmetry.
