blethoplasty scar bellow bottom lid is bumpy. How long will it take to heel?

When did you have the surgery?  You should send in a picture.  Many scars will look and feel a little irregular for a few weeks. You can massage it with your fingers after about 2 weeks to help smooth it out.  But it may take several weeks to look good.

Scars take up to a year to heal. They will go through an inflammatory phase which will eventually resolve.  You should discuss those bumps with your treating surgeon and follow his recommendation as to massage or other followup care.

Due to the fact that no details were provided regarding how long ago you had surgery, types of sutures used, etc. combined with the fact that a physical exam is unable to be conducted it is best to consult your PS for an answer.  Best of luck!
