When did you have the surgery? You should send in a picture. Many scars will look and feel a little irregular for a few weeks. You can massage it with your fingers after about 2 weeks to help smooth it out. But it may take several weeks to look good.
Scars take up to a year to heal. They will go through an inflammatory phase which will eventually resolve. You should discuss those bumps with your treating surgeon and follow his recommendation as to massage or other followup care.
