I am having extremely temperamental swelling in my nose after a rhinoplasty 1.3 years ago with any exercise, sleeping the wrong way, or even lifting something heavy. Also having red rash on and around my nose. I had a rhinoplasty as well as dermal fillers (restylane juvederm). I am highly considering having an infection. If so, do you think it is maybe due to the fillers? Thought's on Hyalauronidase to remove it? Also have many more allergic reactions since the surgery.

This is too long for the root cause to be the surgery. Although fillers have been used in the nose , most surgeons do not recommend that practice because it can result in problems like what you are experiencing. If your swelling and redness respond to antibiotics that cover staph this would tend to implicate the source as an infection. This could be due to the fillers or retained sutures or graft material. Hyaluronidase will remove most of HA fillers but some may still hang around for a year or so.
