Hi I had an extended SMAS facelift 18 months ago and as you can see from my after photos, my nasolabial fold got worse. My midface looks more chubby now. Is there a way I can get back to how it was? Pls help me I'm really desperate

Sorry for your problem but everyone ages differently but if you have concerns see your surgeon as he knows what he did and where you should be in the healing process Dr Corbin

Your one photo is not much help to see if you are a candidate for surgery. However, I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, to start at your age. Plus, you do not need a medical clearance for this.
