Approximately 2 years ago, I had a rhinoplasty to reduce the size of my nose and straighten it. My septum was pretty straight right after surgery but my GP observed that my septum was deviated again about a year later. Nasal breathing issues were more pronounced post-op, a year later. I've also developed unshakeable eyebags that never existed before. My surgeon has said I have swollen turbinates and should use nasal spray to reduce all inflammation. Will this really resolve the issues?

It takes good 12 months for rhinoplasty result to mature. You should wait at least another 6 months before making decision about further nose surgery. Good luck.
Dear atavernia,
The dictum in rhinoplasty surgery is that it takes a full year at least for the healing process to stabilize. If your plastic surgeon has not told you this then continue the scheduled follow ups with him/her and have that discussion. Good luck!
