I am 26, female, suffering from the flushing/erythematous sort of rosacea for several years. I also have seborrhoeic dermatitis. I have dilated capillaries+ general redness across my cheeks. I have booked an appointment for IPL Lumenis One in January but I am nervous because my skin is so sensitive. I have very pale English skin and burn easily in the sun. What sort of side effects/down time should I be expecting? I have read some reports of burning and texture changes which worry me a lot.

Yes, most pregnant women should still be able to receive an IPL Photofacial. IPL is only a light source and very safe during pregnancy. To be on the safe side, I would check with your OB doctor for their opinion.
