Hi all, would I be a candidate for arm body tite? Can you tell me what the recovery is like? I have had medial thigh vaser lipo and experienced some burning (result worth it!). I am assuming the summer months wouldn’t be as ideal as winter due to wearing spaghetti straps n summer. Would you agree? And lastly, could ou give me a price range to have this one in Vegas? Thank you!!
Answer: What can I expect from arm body tite? (photo) BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. Bruising and swelling can occur post-op. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to fully evaluate the aesthetic results. Sedentary activities can be resumed in two to three days and full activity with exercise within two to three weeks

Answer: Body Tite Thank you for your question. Body Tite is a newer technology that uses radiofrequency to shrink wrap the tissues. It works by stimulating collagen growth in the treated area. Because it relies on your own body to regrow this collagen, it can take a while to see your results. In general, we see about a 30% improvement in skin tightening. If you have excess fat in the arms, it will be removed by liposuction at the same time. Recovery varies patient to patient but swelling, bruising, and mild discomfort are common. The swelling can last for a few months. Lymphatic massage helps to heal the tissues and bring the swelling down faster. Our office is located in Southern California and prices vary quite a bit. In our office, we offer 3D imaging to give our patients an accurate idea of what their final result will look like. Good luck!

Answer: Question about bodytite If you want tissue tightening, I don't believe that bodytite is the right choice. If there is excess fat present in the upper arm area, I would have that removed with the use of Vaser and if the skin displays any kind of laxity, treated with j-plasma which will provide you with the best results. If you don't have a lot of skin laxity, Vaser alone will do just as well. After vaser you should not have to wear any compression garments if it's done properly and be on the beach in less than a week. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City

Answer: BodyTite for the upper arms Thanks for the photo! It does appear that you would be a good candidate for BodyTite for the upper arms. BodyTite uses radiofrequency energy to create heat within the treated area to melt the undesired fat as well as tighten skin by stimulating collagen production. For many patients, the best results are when we address both excess fat as well as skin laxity issues and these both can be treated with a single BodyTite treatment. Most patients do wear compression sleeves for several weeks following the procedure to help improve swelling so you likely would want to do this at a cooler time than summer. As far as pricing, it would be best to find some physicians performing this procedure in Vegas and have a consultation with them to determine where you would like to have this done as well as expected cost. Best wishes, Mary Beth Mudd

Answer: BodyTite Hello, and thank you for your question! BodyTite will tighten and tone wrinkly areas that don't go away with diet and exercise alone. Using fat coagulation and volumetric heating technology, BodyTite works in multiple ways to treat the affected areas. It is a minimally invasive device that many patients are very satisfied with. Recovery is usually 1-2 days but can be up to 10 days depending on the person. Patience is a must though, as it takes about 6 months to one year to see results. Prices range from $3,000 to $5,000 depending on how many areas you want done. Please see my attached link which has more information on BodyTite, including a video at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to see a board-certified plastic surgeon you feel comfortable with. Best of luck! James L.
