I have had a noticeable large blue vein in my left eyelid for the passed 4 years. Around twice a year it bursts (I think that’s what it’s doing..,?) and leaves me with a black eye for a couple of weeks. I haven’t seen anyone about this but wondered if maybe I should. I’m 38, fit and in good health. Can anyone advise why this is happening and if anything could be done to stop it. Photos attached are of the morning it ruptured and the following day. Thank you
