I would really like to treat the spider veins on my face and neck. They were caused by being given steroid creams for eczema as a child and teenager. The Doctor prescribed them for my face, even though I now know I should not have used them there. I have heard about IPL, Pulse Dye Laser and Thermocoagulation as the various different methods of treatment. I would like to know which method is best for long term results with no side effects (if possible). Many thanks!
