I have done juvaderm about 3 years ago and decided to try restlyne yesterday. I'm so swollen, I don't like my lips at all right now. I can't even smile and called out of work. This did not happen to me when I had gotten juvaderm.

Answer: So swollen.... I appreciate your concern.Your swelling appears pretty typical for most fillers on day 1. I suggest rest, icing, and possibly Arnica. You should always discuss these concerns with your injector. See my video link below.Good luck. Dr. ALDO

Answer: Swelling after Lip Fillers--wait 2 weeks This can be typical after lip filler. Icing, cold compresses and ibuprofen can give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.
