It is expensive to maintain injections of lip fillers monthly. If you are absorbing these fillers so quickly, consider switching to a different family of fillers. Although I love Restylane and Perlane, maybe the Juvederm products will last longer for you. Good luck!

Yes, this can be typical after injections. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!
Restylane tends to cause more swelling than other hyaluronic acid gels because it attracts a lot of fluid into the lip after injection. I recommend Juvederm Volbella instead of Restylane.Good luck!
