Do i have orbital dystopia? Can my crooked nose be fixed? (Photo)

Orbital dystopia is when somebody's eyeballs are at different horizontal planes. I can appreciate a slight difference from one eye to the other, however, this small asymmetry is within normal limits, and would not require any intervention, in my opinion. I see you have a small indentation on the right side wall of your nose, if this is bothering you, a permanent non-surgical nose job treatment be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. Mild orbital asymmetry is frequent due to the fact that two halves of the face develop from 2 sources.; yours should be considered normal and no surgery is needed to correct it. You may be a candidate for rhinoplasty but, unfortunately, this photo does not provide enough information for good analysis and recommendation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty is recommended.
