I'm 66 years old. One month ago I had a SMAS face and neck lift, with platysma tightening. My skin it's thin and aged, but I'm satisfied with the face-lift results. However I'm disappointed for the neck-lift results, because when my neck is extended it's all ok, but when I bend my head forward or when I lift my shoulders, the neck skin becomes very wrinkled. Should I consider a touch-up to remove more skin from my neck? And are there non-surgical procedures to ameliorate my skin condition?
