Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best,Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Hello, Thanks for sharing your pics. Both Fillers and fat graft can produce similar results. But fat fill is almost permanent. You are a candidate for both. Kindly meet a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your condition. Best of luck.
Radiofrequency skin tightening is the current gold standard treatment for tightening loose crepe skin anywhere on the face and body.
Filler is a good choice for your hands for volume restoration to give a more youthful appearance. Radiofrequency skin tightening can help with skin laxity of your knees and elbows. Loss of elasticity occurs as part of aging due to loss of elastin and collagen.
We offer filler for hands that are aged looking. If you have extra skin or obvious tendons fillers do a wonderful job at restoring youthful hands . Please refer to the link attached for info.
Thank you for your photos. A dermal filler such as Radiesse is a great option to improve the appearance of your hands. Radiesse can also be used to fill in the hollows or sunken areas of your hands to renew a healthy and rejuvenated look there as well. It will also help hide prominent veins or tendons that may be visible in the back of your hands. For more information, please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
Your hands have some volume loss making the tendons more visible. The hands could be treated with Restylane Lyft, a hyaluronic acid based filler that was approved by the FDA this past year for use in the hands.
Hi,For your hands , filling with any volumizing product like Restylane , Boletero, Skin Boosters or radiuses would work quite well and last about a year. The elbows and knees are more complex as we are dealing with a laxity skin problem above the area that may benefit from tightening procedures. Fillers can also be used but the results are more variable and difficult to achieve.
Your knees and elbows are perfectly fine, because if you didn't have extra skin, you would not be able to bend the joint. As far as your hands are concerned, they are a bit thin with the tendons of the hand showing. You can fix that quite easily with a multitude of fillers or using your own fat, which would have to be grafted. Good luck from New York City
