Can lateral crural steal be reversed?

'lateral crural steal' (if that is in fact what was actually done) involves releasing the lateral crura of the lower lateral cartilages (often by releasing the accessory cartilages) and advancing the tip to increase projection.....

if this has aesthetically changed your tip, fixing it will depend upon how it was done and whether or not other maneuvers were added (cephalic trim, etc.)
