This is something that I've only become self aware about a couple of months ago. It didn't use to be this bad but lately it is becoming so noticeable and it really bothers me. I'm 19 years old.

If your bite and teeth are good then a sliding genioplasty is the best option for you. If your teeth are not aligned you may need orthognathic surgery with braces etc. Consider a consultation to do an exam and learn some of the issues and solutions that are best for you. Best wishes.
