Any doctor suggestions for canthoplasty in Spain or Italy?

Canthoplasty in Spain or Italy. I have done some surgeries to my eyes that left it very round. i find that some countries offer highering the eyelid or slanting it. In countries like Spain or Italy this operation is very popular while in France or USA it is not very much at all. My question is i'm flying to Spain to do it. And i would have preffered a surgeon from USA even if i have to pay more money. I can add my photo.

I am concerned that the lateral cantal incision was not placed in an ideal location.  Bottom line, is that you need to heal 4 to 6 months before one can be certain about how this has healed.  It is possible to revise this if necessary.
