I use makeup to achieve the cat eye look, which in my opinion, goes harmoniously with my face. However, when the makeup comes off, so do my lovely elevated eyes. Is there a surgery to achieve this look permanently? Also, would this surgery eliminate wrinkles and undereye bags?
