Is there a surgery to acheive exotic/cat eyes? (Photo)

Question

I use makeup to achieve the cat eye look, which in my opinion, goes harmoniously with my face. However, when the makeup comes off, so do my lovely elevated eyes. Is there a surgery to achieve this look permanently? Also, would this surgery eliminate wrinkles and undereye bags?

Thank you for your purchase. I think you're doing exactly the right thing by achieving the look you want irreversibly with make up. As plastic surgeons we try to restore normal anatomy in a static way. We do not over exaggerate normal.

You may not appreciate your beauty without the make up.  Perhaps that will never change.  However surgery that attempts to create a "cat eye" have the potential to harm the function of the eyelids.  You do have upper eyelid ptosis.  Also you have under eye hollows.  The upper eyelid can be improved with what I call microblepharoplasty.  The under eye hollows is best helped with hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane is my preferred agent).
