Is there a surgery to acheive exotic/cat eyes? (Photo)

I use makeup to achieve the cat eye look, which in my opinion, goes harmoniously with my face. However, when the makeup comes off, so do my lovely elevated eyes. Is there a surgery to achieve this look permanently? Also, would this surgery eliminate wrinkles and undereye bags?

Its hard to know what your goal was before the surgery other than having the outer corner higher than the inner corner.  Your outer corners could be raised higher, but this may not look natural on your face.  Over raising the outer corners can make you look asian, which again may not...

A lateral canthal plasty is the wrong procedure if you want to show more white in your eyes.  The lateral canthoplasty will make your eyes narrower and reduce the amount of visible white.For more information on eyelid surgery please read the following link:
