Bad fat graft result under eyes - what can be done? (Photo)

Dear RS doctors, after a lot of deliberation I opted for an under-eye nanograft 2 years ago, and the results were not good. I have several lumps, both in motion and when static, under both my eyes (especially the right, which looks like a regular, permanent undereye bag). Can anything be done to correct it? What are the side effects/dangers of having it removed, if it's even possible? This has been the worst decision ever. :( Thank you!

Facial fat grafting has a finite complication profile. In our 
office, we see patients with complications from fat grafting including 
fat necrosis, lumping, uneven distribution, asymmetry, and migration. If
 the fat is not feasible for removal, we perform targetted lipolysis or 
RF tightening to recontour the area.

Properly performed fat transfer will not leave multiple lumps. If you did have fat transfer and not another substance the lumps can be successfully treated.
