Good afternoon doctors, sorry for my English, I did a BBL a year ago, but all the fat I lost. It was not my doctor's fault, he told me he needed implants too, but I did not listen to him. So finally I decided to put implants and I would like to know that you recommend me, implants round or oval, and also that Cc to have the ass like my wish pics. (I had thought 500 or 550) thank you very much For me its very important have once of all the butt i want.. please give me a suggestion. Xx
Answer: Buttock implants shape and sizing I hear your same concern at least 4 to 5 times a week from patients that have undergone BBL and essentially 80+% of the fat has melted away within about a year. Please keep in mind that a physical exam is always first necessary before providing any final surgical recommendations. Based upon your photos, a Stanton Anatomic shape buttock implant may serve you best and probably ~500ccs, but again pending physical exam. Please read on: One of the most important factors in creating the perfect derriere with implants is indeed selecting the right size AND shape. I have found the best way to assure this is to simply measure the actual dimensions of the patient’s buttock cheeks. With these anatomical measurements, I can select an implant that not only significantly augments the buttock but also supplies the correct 3-dimensional enhancement to look as real as possible...even in the most petite patients. Traditionally, teardrop oval implants have a 30+% risk of rotation and thus unnaturally change the buttock shape/appearance when doing so. However, one and a half years ago I created and patented a new "Stanton Anatomic" shaped implant that avoids this issue AND provides as much projection as similar volume (cc's) round implants - I have not had a single rotation problem in 250+ patients. Additionally Stanton Anatomic buttock implants tend to maintain a more natural buttock shape/curve even when bending over - an otherwise not uncommon problem with round implants. This is a huge benefit by the fact that ~80+% of patients have more of an oval shaped buttock cheek than round, thus creating a much more natural and harmonious buttock contour for the majority of patients. Thus, the only way for you to know what implant works best is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in this procedure and have him/her take your measurements before selecting an implant and proceeding with surgery. Also not a bad idea to select the surgeon who has the most experience, the best reviews, and the most pleasing before and after photos.

Answer: BBL failed, now wanting implants . I need surgeons opinions? (Photos) I will tell you with 25 years experience that implants will not give you a natural look and are up to 60% rejected from the body. Your own fat will be not rejected and give you that natural look and you will not loose the fat after your 6 months procedure.A Brazilian butt lift is a safe and effective procedure that combines liposuction of the abdomen hips waist and back and then fat grafting to the gluteal region. This is a safe and effective way to contour the lower body. After a successful Brazilian Butt lift, the fat that remains will stay there for the rest of your life. Like the rest of the tissue in your body this fat will grow and age with you.Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely. Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. I, like many surgeons, also offer free consultations so that you can be examined and given the most accurate quote.

Answer: BBL failed, now wanting implants . I need surgeons opinions? I definitely would recommend doing a lot of homework before getting the implants. Buttocks implants have ~50% complications rate. That means 1/2 of the people who undergo this surgery will have a complications. Complications may include infection or displacement of the implant. If you develop an infection, the implant may have to be removed leaving you worse off than you are now.Just make sure you are well educated.
