The first month I was happy with my hump reduction, my nose looked straight. Unfortunately when the swelling came down there was still a small bump! And becouse there's soft skin over the bump it stands out when I'm standing in direct sunlight. So I guess my doctor diddnt take enough of the hump away. Is a revision easy in my case? And if I wanted my tip to be a little smaller, would I have to do open rhinoplasty?

Thank you for your question. It is usually possible to do a revision rhinoplasty, but without knowing the procedure you had, and what you are unhappy with, it is difficult to provide any specifics.I would visit with your original surgeon and discuss your concerns, and see what your surgeon says...
I am afraid you are chasing an impossible goal: symmetry; your nose is not crooked anymore, it is just assymetrical, one side is smaller so the pyramid leans to that short pillar; no surgeon may achieve correction of this.Leave the nose.
