Hi There, I am 21 years old, with a pointy chin and pointy nose. My main concern is how to just round off my pointy chin just a little bit. What would be the most "minimal" kind of treatment or operation. (Less intense or perhaps non-invasive) Also, would a tip plasty be a good option too? Thank you!

Thank you for you pictures. Your facial profile looks good to me. If you desire a smaller dimension to your chin then a reduction genioplasty may be appropriate but it depends on your exam and expectations.
It is possible to create chin cleft or a dimple in some patients. You should be very conservative in your expectation, however. A consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and clinical evaluation would help. Good luck.
When you refer to flattening the chin, I am assuming you mean decreasing the roundness of most projecting part of the chin. This require a reduction of the most projecting part of the chin bone from a submental approach.
