I HATE my big chin/jaw ! I know in my eyes it probably looks bigger then it actually is but it really gets me down. Is there procedures to make it smaller?? I feel like I don't look feminine at all. Help me! Thank you.

It is possible to create chin cleft or a dimple in some patients. You should be very conservative in your expectation, however. A consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and clinical evaluation would help. Good luck.
When you refer to flattening the chin, I am assuming you mean decreasing the roundness of most projecting part of the chin. This require a reduction of the most projecting part of the chin bone from a submental approach.
