I HATE my big chin/jaw ! I know in my eyes it probably looks bigger then it actually is but it really gets me down. Is there procedures to make it smaller?? I feel like I don't look feminine at all. Help me! Thank you.

A detailed clinical evaluation is needed to determine whether the reason for large chin is soft tissue or bone. Once the cause is identified you should discuss your options for reduction with your surgeon (plastic or maxilo-facial). Have in mind however, that chin reduction surgeries may leave you with a sagging chin. Whatever you decide to do, insist on very conservative reduction. Good luck

Thank you for you pictures.  Your facial profile looks good to me.  If you desire a smaller dimension to your chin then a reduction genioplasty may be appropriate but it depends on your exam and expectations.

Yes, a genioplasty can 'resize' the chin, in balance with the face. Xray images would help determine the possibilities and the clinical discussion would allow you to express the specific changes you want. Consult a Maxillofacial surgeon
