Safe to use Zithroxyn antibiotics 9 days after my Botox treatment for 5 days while waiting for my next appointment?

Hello, i had a botox treatment and Restylane injected, 9 days ago.Yesterday I was prescribed Zithroxyn tablets (500mg )for vaginal infection,1 tablet a day for 6 days. Please can you advice if it is TOTALLY safe to take the Azithamycin antibiotics for 6 days ,ON THE VERY SAME WEEK THAT AM WAITING FOR MY TOUCH-UP BOTOX APPOINTMENt? Zithroxyn treatment falls on same week days before my last appointment- IS IT OK to take these antibiotics 9 days after my first session and a week before my touchup?

There should be no issues with taking Botox and azithromycin. There are no known cross reactions between the two.

Thank you for your question.  Drug interactions with Botox are fairly rare, and there should not be any issues with taking azithromycin after having Botox or fillers.  I hope you feel better soon!

First of all it is safe to take your antibiotics. 2nd, your health concerns are more important than any filler that you've had used or Botox. So you should consider that as the main issue and take your antibiotics. Good luck from New York City
