Answer: Refining Your Profile Thank you for your question. A neck roll or band of fat can be effectively treated with VASER liposuction, a kind of ultrasonic liposuction in which fat cells are broken and liquefied using ultrasound energy. This technique is mild and gentle, so it's good for sensitive regions like the neck. The best method to find out which treatment is ideal for your case is to consult with a cosmetic surgeon. In addition to offering a tailored examination, they can suggest a course of treatment that will meet both your medical needs and aesthetic goals.

Answer: Addressing a Persistent Neck Roll: Treatment Options It's great that you've already taken steps to have your thyroid assessed, ruling out any potential medical issues. The neck roll you're describing could be caused by excess fat accumulation in that area, which can be resistant to diet and exercise. Here are some potential treatment options to consider: Liposuction: Liposuction, including techniques like Vaser liposuction, can be used to target and remove excess fat in the neck area, helping to redefine the jawline and reduce the appearance of the neck roll. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) Injections: Kybella is an injectable treatment specifically designed to reduce fat under the chin. It works by destroying fat cells, leading to a more contoured appearance over time. CoolSculpting: CoolSculpting is a non-invasive fat reduction treatment that uses controlled cooling to target and eliminate fat cells. It can be an effective option for reducing fat in the neck area without surgery. Neck Lift Surgery: In cases where excess skin and muscle laxity contribute to the neck roll, a neck lift procedure may be recommended. This surgical intervention can tighten the skin and underlying muscles for a smoother, more youthful neck contour. Before deciding on a treatment, I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who can assess your specific concerns, evaluate your medical history, and recommend the most suitable treatment option based on your individual needs and goals. They can also discuss the potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of each treatment option

Answer: Analysis and Best Recommendations Hello; for some people, a double chin appearance may be clear; due to fat accumulation on the neck and under chin area. If the patient is under 35 years of age, Vaserlipo alone may be sufficient. However, if the patient is over 35 years old, there will be looseness in the skin after Vaserlipo, because of that, I recommend for adding Renuvion J Plasma in order to tighten the skin. A sad belly button appearance occurs; due to fat in the upper abdomen and loose skin. A skin fold has formed in the lower abdomen; because of excessing fat and loosing skin. You get the best results with Lipoabdominoplasty. Thus, you will get the best success if Vaserlipo and Tummy Tuck are performed in a together way. Secondly, Vaserlipo and Mini Tummy Tuck are performed on the abdomen. If you absolutely do not want a Tummy Tuck or incision of the scar, I advise for Vaserlipo and Renuvion J plasma in the abdomen to both for reducing fat and tightening the skin.
