Question

I workout 5x a week and am pretty slim. However I wish my waist was more defined and I have a little bit of lower stomach fat that I cannot get rid of. Are there any procedures that could do this, or is simply a matter of how i’m built.

Yes, I believe VASER liposuction would be ideal for you. VASER liposuction is done for patients who request extra abdominal definition. The VASER uses ultrasonic frequency to melt the fat and heat the skin for maximum fat extraction and heat contraction. It is important that you consult with an experienced plastic surgeon who has performed hundreds of VASER liposuction procedures. Additionally, it will be important to convey to your plastic surgeon exactly how well defined you want your abdominal wall muscles. Using the VASER, extreme abdominal muscle definition can be achieved. However, that might not necessarily be the look you are seeking. If you decided a shredded abdomen, that is a possibility. If you want something a little more subtle, that is also possible. Nonetheless, I think you would be an excellent candidate for VASER liposuction. Good luck.

Hello; in your case, the best method for removing fat from the lower abdomen and waist; is Liposuction, after Vaser; which is Vaserlipo. Since, you do not have much fat; it should be careful while taking out flats. Vaser is an ultrasonic lipolysis device. Fluid is first administered to the targeting area. Then, the probe; at the tip of the Vaser device is inserted; under the skin through a small hole. Afterwards, it vibrates for 36000 times per second; it emulsifies the fats in the targeting area, that is; it mixes the fats in the targeting area; with the given liquid. Thus, it facilitates the maximum removal of excess fat; from the whole area homogeneously and without leaving any pitting.
