I want my Lateral Canthus to be lifted - what surgery can do this?

Hello, In regards of surgery I’m not sure blepharoplasty would be the correct fit, as I want my Lateral Canthus to be lifted. I don’t want threads as I have read horror stories and it’s not permanent. I’m 20 years old but I’m deathly insecure about my eyes. But my inner corners are also quite uneven, on one eye it almost looks like I have an epicanthic fold. They are 2 different sizes and heights. I can’t find a doctor in the UK who does canthoplasty. What else is available? Thank you

Hello, Based on the photo you posted, under-eye fat reposition would not be the best option for you. It looks like you do not have much of fat under the eyes and it rather looks hollow and sunken. The surgery is more for those who have bulging fat under the eyes. I believe facial fat grafting...

In order to achieve more positive canthal tilt, you may need lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty. Best to have personal evaluation to determine. See an expert.

Thanks for your question! It appears as though the brow is lower on that side which appears to be making the lid look droopier. I would suggest seeking opinions for a unilateral brow or forehead lift. Good luck!
