Would it be possible to do an eyelid surgery on just my left eye? Doctor wants to do both. (photos)

We all have some degree of asymmetry and on your left there are several factors contributing, including brow position and likely orbital size in addition to lid skin and crease position. It would not be unreasonable to address only the side that bothers you. I would suggest this is a more complex case and might best be treated by a specialist with experience in Asian eyelid surgery.
