I don't like my negative canthal tilt (24 y/o male). What surgeries are recommended to make them look neutral in a long lasting way for my specific case? Also, why does my canthal tilt look a lot more neutral when smiling (second picture)?

Thanks for your question! It appears as though the brow is lower on that side which appears to be making the lid look droopier. I would suggest seeking opinions for a unilateral brow or forehead lift. Good luck!
