Hi all Just wanted opinion, is there anything I can do to improve appearance to have a better underboob. I feel that it’s lacking, but don’t know what options could be. I will have areola reduction which should improve the large size and hopefully it doesn’t stretch if perm stiches are used
Answer: Breasts The lower side could have internal tightening to raise the inferior pocket. This could be done at the same time as the areolar scarring and size is redone.

Answer: Better Underboob Good afternoon, It really depends on what you're going for. If you want more volume in your lower pole then a capsulotomy below the nipples on both sides would allow the lower poles to expand. If you're saying you would like more of a crease and a curve back to the chest wall like a natural breast (less of a stuck on appearance), then that's a different technique, and I would use the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, to provide more of a fold definition with a little overhang.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear sunm, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast asymmetry You would benefit from a revision breast procedure which would include: Plicating (suturing) the breast fold which is lower on one side, revise the periareolar mastopexy and reduce the size of your areolas. Some of the double bubble and lateral fullness of the one breast may not be fixed without further procedures: fat transfer to the lower flat area and excision of excess tissue in the upper outer puffy. Best wishes. Dr. T
