I have formed an incisional hernia (after weight loss surgery) and need it repaired as it causes pain and discomfort. I am hoping to get Breast Augmentation this year as well. It would be great if I could have one healing session and I was wondering if they could be done at the same time?

Do not go to the emergency room since this is not an emergency. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined. An ultrasound might be helpful. It also could just be an area of thin tissue and your feeling the implant more.
This is why I prefer the smooth round implants so that long term problems like this can be avoided and edges are not felt. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined.
