Age 24, I think I have tuberous breasts? (Photos)

I’m 24 and I noticed when I was 16 that there was something not quite right about the shape of my breasts .I started puberty early but I never developed breasts until later, when I did they were higher than most of my friends and they were more triangular…. I could never bring myself to wear anything without a bra on. When I wear a bra my breasts don’t fill the cup - the dome does but the underside and sometimes the top don’t.

Your breasts are widely separated and pointing outward. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
