2 years post op - Tip lost projection, flat base, retracted alar/nostrils. More keloid injections or better options?(Photos)

Continuation of first question with more details. I’m of Indian Asian descent female, I had a functional septorhinoplasty with cosmetic nasal correction 2 years ago (Dec 2020). The findings were I had a deviated nasal septum to the left, dorsal nasal hump, broad nasal bones deviated to the left, broad nasal tip with overhanging columella and active ptosis. These were all treated with open surgery. I had a lot of nasal tip swelling(did I have thick skin?) which was treated with Kenalog steroid injection (40mga total of 0.2ml) 9 months after primary. I still was unhappy with the columella show which had not improved as much since the surgery despite a vestibular skin incision and septocolumellar tongue and groove type suture applied. 15 months post primary I had a close drevision to address this columella show and for revision scar and kenelog injection into the tip again. 10 months post revision I am still experiencing the tight pulling sensation inside my nose when I purse my lips. Will this ever go away? I now have a shiny septal mucosa exposure from side views.I feel my nostrils are retracted as I have a lot of nasal show from front and side. Is this still due to swelling? Will my sidewalls slim down? Also I feel there is no definition of my nose and tip. Ireally didn’t want to have this all done, I initially went in for my constantnose bleeds and deviated septum to the left (see before photo), but then theENT doctor said I could get tiplastly too however he didn’t mention theprocedure and how much it would change my nose, and only on the day of thesurgery he said he will need to perform an open surgery despite having agreedon a closed approach on our previous meetings. I have a bumpy texture inside my on either side, is it the scar? Will mynose get slimmer like before? Looking at the doctor notes it also says I had acolumella strut too. I don’t recognise myself anymore and also feelit has affected my smile and dented my confidence too. A lot of nostrilshow, feel exposed. Do I still wait and hope my nose swelling goes down despite2 years already passed? Do I need morekeloid injections? How can I address the retracted alar/nostrils? I feel my tiphas lost its projection and also has a flat base. Looking back my old nose suited my face andancestral features and only really needed the deviated septum centred.
