Can an open roof gap surgery and rhinoplasty be performed at the same time?

In simple terms, treatment of the open roof as well as control of the general shape of the nasal bridge are carried out in the same intervention.
The open roof is more common problem is generated by previous surgery and because of this septal cartilage may not be sufficient to control the shape. In my experience, costal cartilage can be of help in situations like this and will provide sufficient material to work on all the existing concerns related to the nasal bridge.

However, you need to be careful when you choose your surgeon. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. An open roof deformity is typically the result of a reduction of the nasal bridge (hump) during rhinoplasty without adequately restructuring the nasal bones (osteotomies) and stabilizing the midvault of the nose (spreader grafts).
