Can I get tear trough filler under general anaesthesia when I have another procedure? (Photo)

I am scared of needles. I need to get tear trough filler, but do not want to be awake during the procedure. Is it possible to request for it to be done under general anaesthesia while I have a ponytail face lift?

Lower festoons can be treated non-surgically using a CO2 laser. This can be done at the time of your lower blepharoplasty.

You have an epicanthal fold. It is possible that you look more like your dad. There is a wide spectrum of appearance for any ethnicity and so people may not obviously see both of your heritages.
